Well, here we are entering our fourth week of waiting for our authentication from Foreign Affairs. It is rather ironic because I was concerned about our dossier sitting on someone's In pile, getting forgotten, and it actually happened!! What chance of that! So now we are two weeks behind where we could have been. Time is ticking, ticking, into the future... *grin*

Ok, so your dossier has been sent for authentication 4 weeks ago?? Or is it still at Kl? Sorry just wanting to clarify...

Our dossier got to KL on October 30 - sat there needlessly for 8 days - left there on November 6 for Ottawa (authentication) - and is still not back. That is now 18 days at Ottawa. But it has been 24 days since it got to KL. :o)
You are up early!?! Or is it 7:37am your end? My end it says 4:37 am! I know what it is like to *try* to get time without munchkins, but that is early!! LOL!
It was 6:37 when I posted... and I wasn't up to find time without the kids, that's for sure... my boys like to get up at 5, or 6 am every day. It highly annoying. We put a clock in the older boys room and told them they can't get up until it is 7... too bad that doesn't work for infants, eh??
I can't believe your dossier is taking so long in Ottawa. I'll be praying for it's return this week.
Did you get my email yesterday? I sent it via the yahoo group... hope that's the email you use... and I'm always a bit nervous that things don't go through in that site....

I don't know what email you are referring to. I DID get an email with the subject "Question about tithing" and I replied to that with a lengthy answer re tithing and referrals etc. Did you get that? I am resending it in case you didn't. If you sent me a reply to THAT one, can you resend it? I did not receive anything. My home email is: mum2boys@telus.net

I found your blog through the yahoo board, and just wanted to say a quick "hello!" I read back to your Nov 17 post, and it was so encouraging - these waits can get me down sometimes!! Thank you for sharing :)
Of course, I'm now also tempted to call our caseworker (also Jill :) and make sure everything is ok. It's been a few weeks now since out dossier left for foreign affairs!
